This is a solicitation for a firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for topside maintenance and repair services for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District's dredge Wheeler. The contract will include one base year and four subsequent option years. Services required include inspection, maintenance, and repairs to the hull, steel structures, dredging equipment, propulsion system, and auxiliary systems. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, supervision, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, machine shop facilities, and transportation, except for government-furnished items. A pre-proposal site visit is encouraged and scheduled by appointment. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Proposals are to be submitted in three volumes: Technical, Past Performance, and Price/Documentation. The award will be made on a best-value tradeoff basis.
The delivery schedule is from the date of lead time event to completion of performance, with a base year and four option years, each for 1 year. Specific task orders will be issued for quantities on an as-needed basis.
