This is a sources sought announcement for warehouse cleaning services at DLA DS locations in the southeast region (Bragg, Eglin, Lejeune, Warner Robins). The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Services include cleaning ceilings, walls, floors, racking, and other surfaces. Contractors must use eco-friendly products and coordinate site access and cleaning schedules. A walkthrough will be conducted before and after cleaning. The contract period includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month options. The contract minimum is $2,000, with a maximum of 150% of the estimated value. Invoicing is through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
