This is a 5-year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the overhaul of B52 control columns. Offerors must complete blocks 11, 13, 15, 21, 22, and 27 of the solicitation form (SF ****). Offers will be received until September 29, 2025, at 12:00 PM. A pre-award survey and/or initial production evaluation (IPE) is required. Qualification requirements apply; interested vendors must submit a source approval request (SAR) package. Technical data requests must include the applicable solicitation number, specific data needed, and a copy of the current, approved DD Form **** must be requested through the JEDICS website. The government is not responsible for incomplete, misdirected, or untimely requests. The contractor is responsible for securing necessary parts to meet the government's required delivery schedule. The government reserves the right to delete line items of data and/or reports. The contractor shall comply with higher-level quality standards (e. g. , ISO 9001:2015). Delivery is required within 60 calendar days. Payment will be made by EFT. The government's obligation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. The contract includes clauses regarding disputes, protests, bankruptcy, changes, subcontracts, commercial products, commercial services, clauses, deviations, computer generated forms, representations, certifications, instructions, evaluation factors, price, competitive acquisition, contract award, contact, debriefings, ombudsman, supplier performance risk system, Nist SP ****, assessment, documentation, tax, disputes, protest, bankruptcy, changes.

This RFI seeks information from potential suppliers for the repair, test, teardown evaluation, overhaul, remanufacture, and new manufacture of aircraft accessories parts under a future Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The RFI is for market research purposes only, and no funds are available. Responses are due September 4, 2025, at 12:00 PM CST. A virtual industry day and presolicitation conference are planned. The anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) release is in early 2026. The contract will be 10 years with a 5-year base and 5-year option, with ordering periods within each period. The US Air Force is seeking proposals for the remanufacture of C130 float valves. A firm fixed price, 5-year requirements contract is contemplated, with a 3-year basic and a 2-year option period. Interested vendors must submit a source approval request (SAR) package to the source development, small business office. Offerors must specify their business type (large, small, etc. ) and US or foreign ownership. Questions must be submitted in writing via email. The solicitation is expected on or about August 19, 2025. The government will not be using policies contained in part 12, acquisition of commercial items, in its solicitation. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability in satisfying the government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
