Failure to adhere to and comply with any of the conditions and specifications of this bid and the contract may subject the contract to cancellation upon ten days written notice. In the event of cancellation, the original vendor will be responsible for indemnifying the college for costs incurred in obtaining a new contract and for any increase in costs of service involved for the duration of the term of the original contract.
The vendor waives any dispute or claim not made in writing and received by the college within thirty 30 days of the occurrence giving rise to the dispute or claim.
Vendors currently on the NYS labor department debarred list will not be considered for award. Bidders must be registered with the NYS Department of Labor. Failure to comply with sexual harassment prevention policies or Iran divestment act requirements may result in disqualification.
