This is a micro purchase for arborist supplies. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The seller must quote all items to be eligible for award. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by the department. This will be a requirements contract. A consent and authorization agreement is required. The bid opening date is August 21, 2025, at 12:00:00 PM. The seller must complete a checklist for small order purchases, including entering unit costs for each item, answering mandatory questions, downloading and saving attachments, accepting terms and conditions, and completing any required attachments.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Borough of Riverdale in the council chambers on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Proposals must be submitted on the provided forms, enclosed in sealed envelopes, and accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, proof of insurance, a list of all subcontractors, and a record of recent contract awards. Bidders must comply with the New Jersey prevailing wage act and have a business registration certificate. A non-refundable charge of **** per set is required for proposal and specifications. Payment must be in cash, certified check, or money order. Proposals will be accepted only from bidders who have been properly qualified. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The contract requires the selected respondent to accept leaves, leaf compost, grass clippings, and tree refuse from the borough and its residents at no charge. The selected respondent may sell products generated at the facility. The respondent must use its own employees and equipment. The facility operates under NJDEP regulations for an exempt facility, limited to exemptions 3, 19, and 22. The minimum monthly lease payment is $8,**** contract, if awarded, will be based on evaluation factors including qualifications, experience, reputation, equipment, licenses, and cost proposal. The Borough reserves the right to conduct investigations and request additional information. All costs incurred by the respondent are borne solely by the respondent. Clarifications must be submitted in writing by September 14, 2025. The Borough may request respondents to send representatives for interviews with less than 24 hours' advance notice.
