Delivery location is the Brookhaven Aquatic Center, Town of Brookhaven, 300 Mastic Beach Road, Mastic Beach, NY ****.

The discount period will be computed from the date of receipt of voucher.

Award shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder in accordance with New York State General Municipal Law 103, unless otherwise authorized by law.

The town may withhold from the contractor so much of any approved payments due as may, in the judgment of the town, be necessary to assure the payment of just claims, protect the town from loss due to defective products/materials not remedied, or protect the town from loss due to injury to persons or damage caused by the act or neglect of the contractor.

The town may reject any bid or request for assignment for a bidder/contractor that appears on the prohibited entities list created pursuant to SFL ****.

Bids must be submitted by the specified opening time on June 30, 2026. The contract duration is two years.

Payment will be made after a properly executed owner voucher has been received and approved. The owner will not pay penalties or interest on overdue bills.
