Contractor shall be paid on an hourly basis for time spent performing work, with itemized invoices submitted monthly. Contractor shall be paid on an hourly basis for the time spent by contractors employees performing the work described in the scope of services.

Proposals must include team qualifications, including prime consultant firm profile, resumes of key staff, team structure, services self-performed vs. sub-consultant performed, and profiles of key staff for sub-consultants. Provide the prime consultant firms profile, including number of years in operation, office location, size of staff, and contact information for primary pointofcontact including email address.

Failure to submit proposals electronically via RMPS by the deadline, or submitting hardcopy submittals, will result in disqualification. Hardcopy submittals will not be accepted.

The total compensation shall not exceed $500,000 over the 3-year contract. in consideration for the work performed by contractor under the scope of services, the town shall pay contractor an amount not to exceed 500, 000 over the 3year contract.

Electronic copies of the statement of qualifications are to be submitted by 4:00 PM on Wednesday June 17, 2026.

Firms must be on the state of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services roster of prequalified engineers.
