This is a sources sought announcement for providing strangulation training to NCI agents. Responses are due by 10:00 AM EST on June 3, 2025. The training will be conducted in three separate 2-day iterations in the Northwest, Far East, and Northeast Field Offices. The training will be taught by two instructors specializing in investigation and prosecution of strangulation cases. Vendors should include business name and address, company representative, type of business, business size, CAGE code, NAICS recommendation, and any applicable government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) vehicles. An initial price estimate is acceptable.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking statements of interest and capabilities from SBA 8(a) certified business concerns for environmental services at the former Umiat Range. The scope of work includes remedial action and investigation, field sampling, analysis of contaminated soil, sediment, and surface water, and site restoration. This performance work statement (PWS) defines requirements for product manager biometrics procurement, fielding, and sustainment of products under biometrics and forensics collection capability (BFC2). It includes a 5-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract covering program management, system procurement (hardware and software), fielding, system sustainment, software engineering, cloud services, help desk services, and cybersecurity services. The contractor will provide support in CONUS and OCONUS locations, as detailed in Table 1. Applicable regulations, directives, and guidance are listed. Performance requirements include program management, system procurement and fielding, system sustainment, software engineering, cloud services, help desk services, and cybersecurity services.
