Sealed bids are requested for panel, PLC, and HMI upgrades for lift stations. Bids are due September 22nd, 2025, at 2:00 PM MST. The bid must be submitted via email or delivered in a sealed package. A signed compliance certification is required prior to installation. Within 30 calendar days of pilot start, the contractor shall submit full electrical specifications, current draw/load profile, plug/disconnect wiring diagrams, and circuit schematics. These submissions will be reviewed by the COR, DPW electrical, and garrison safety/fire protection officials prior to system energization. Required documentation (bill of materials, country of origin, NDAA S889 compliance certificate, TAA compliance statement, certificate of final assembly location) must be submitted to the COR no later than 30 calendar days prior to shipment.

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a five-year basic ordering agreement (BOA) to General Atomics (GA) for the procurement of supplies and services related to electromagnetic aircraft launch systems (EMALS) and advanced arresting gear (AAG) systems for Ford-class carriers. The ordering period will be through 2031. This is a sole-source acquisition, justified by the unique knowledge, experience, and capabilities of GA as the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the EMALS and AAG system.
