This is a formal request for bid for the 2026 preservation chip seal project in Boone and Callaway Counties. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, coordinating, and scheduling for single layer preservation chip seal treatments using CHFRS2P asphalt emulsion and trap rock. An optional prebid conference is scheduled for April 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. Questions are due by April 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT. The bid response deadline is April 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM CT. Required attachments for electronic bids include a bid bond (to be submitted to the purchasing office within 24 hours of bid opening or at the bid opening), vendor response form, bid form, certification regarding debarment, work authorization certification with proof of enrollment, statement of bidders qualifications, and anticollusion statement. The county will accept ACH for invoice payments and offers prompt payment terms. Cooperative procurement is an option. Subcontractors must be listed. Estimated quantities for centerline markers and additional postsweeping are provided, with specific notes for Callaway County.

The contractor shall provide exhaust hood and duct cleaning services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) locations including Fort Sam Houston, Camp Bullis, Randolph, Lackland, and Chapman Training Annex. Services must comply with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Code 96. The contractor is responsible for scheduling cleaning, providing service tickets, and responding to emergency on-call services. Cleanup of contractor-generated waste is required. All contractor personnel must be properly trained, qualified, and certified. A quality control plan must be submitted with the proposal. The government will perform quality assurance inspections. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including those related to hazardous materials and environmental protection. Security requirements for contractor personnel and vehicles, including obtaining identification media and passes, must be followed. Failure to comply with requirements may result in withholding final payment.

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for comprehensive technical services, software management, training, and support for the fire alarm central station at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), California. The contract is for non-personal services, meaning the contractor will furnish all necessary supervision, equipment, tools, labor, and materials. Services must be performed in accordance with the SOW, prevailing industry standards, and manufacturer recommendations. The contractor is responsible for continuous remote monitoring and data management, on-call technical support 24/7, and real-time event logging with non-mutable timestamps. The contractor will also manage software and firmware updates, perform annual network analysis, and provide operator and system training. Deliverables include automated compliance reporting, annual network analysis reports, certificates of completion, and loaner equipment for critical headend products. Scheduling coordination for training and system downtime is required with advance notice. Work will be performed on EAFB. Quality assurance will be conducted by the government. Government-furnished services include emergency medical services, security police and fire protection, and telephone service. Utilities like electricity, water, and sewage will be provided by the government. Normal hours of operation for EAFB are ****, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Privately owned vehicles on installation must have minimum liability insurance and adhere to traffic regulations. Continuation of essential DOD contractor services during crisis is not deemed essential for this SOW. The contractor must comply with pollution prevention and right-to-know information requirements. Spill cleanup is the contractor's responsibility, with reimbursement required if government resources are used. Recycling and litter control programs are required.
