The solicitation is for autotransfusion services at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, set aside for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). Questions are accepted until October 8, 2025, 10:00 AM CDT, via email. The contract includes a base year and four one-year options. The guaranteed minimum amount is ****, and the contract maximum is $420,000. 00. The contractor must provide qualified personnel and meet specific training and credentialing requirements. The period of performance is from April 13, 2026, to April 12, 2027, with options to extend. Invoices must be submitted monthly. The government will evaluate offers by adding the total of all line item prices, including all option periods. The total evaluated price will be that sum. The contractor must provide a quality control plan and a contingency plan for replacing key personnel. The contractor must also provide copies of any and all licenses, board certifications, NPI, to include primary source verification of all licensed and certified staff. The contractor must also provide a certification that staff list has been compared to the OIG list. The contractor must also provide proof of indemnification and medical liability insurance. The contractor must also provide certificates of completion for cyber security and patient privacy training courses before receiving an account on the VA network and annual training and new hires. The contractor must also provide ACLS/BLS certification. The contractor must also provide a contingency plan for replacing key personnel to maintain services as required under the terms of the contract. The contractor must also provide a company background including number of years of experience company possesses providing autotransfusion services and how they propose to meet the requirements as stated in the performance work statement.
