Base work address all visible cracks and flaws on pool walls and floor. Apply isophthalic polyester resin. Laminate ounce fiberglass mat. Apply a second coat of isophthalic resin. Apply gel coat finish. Additional requirements include expansion joints on pool floor 76 liner feet raise wall step ladder treads so the first tread starts 12 below coping edge. Provide all labor, materials, and replacement of all three vgbcompliant suction covers. Optional work remove and install porcelain standard waterline tile. Clean deck tiles to remove scale. Install compliant ladders at four pool locations. Remove and install new expansion joint between pool coping and deck 322 linear feet.
