The contractor shall complete all tasks within 122 calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed. The period of performance is 07/31/2026 to 11/30/2026.

The contractor shall request payment by submitting an itemized invoice no more frequently than monthly and no later than ninety 90 calendar days after completing deliverables. Payment may be withheld if a dispute over work or costs is not resolved within thirty 30 days, or if verification of satisfactory work is pending.

Upon completion and final acceptance, the contractor shall furnish a written one-year general warranty for the completed work.

The contract will be awarded to the respondent whose proposal best serves the project needs and provides the best value to the state, based on project plan (30%), price proposal schedule (30%), comparable experience (20%), and assigned staff qualifications and references (20%).

Vendors must have a minimum of five 5 years of experience in roof restoration on historical buildings similar to the work required. Failure to meet minimum qualifications will result in disqualification.
