The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking bids for two floating jet dock systems for a custom-built 12-meter metalcraft boat, including installation. Bids are due by 2:00 PM Central Time on October 28, 2025. Bidders must be certified jet dock installers. The contract will commence upon issuance and expire upon the agreed-upon delivery date and final acceptance by TPWD. Delivery and installation shall take place at the locations designated in section 6. b. Bidders must provide delivery terms with their bid response, as delivery may be a factor in determining the best value award. The state reserves the right to make an award on the basis of low line item bid, low total of line items, or in any other combination that will serve the best interest of the state and to reject any and all bid items in the sole discretion of the state. The unit prices must include all shipping, handling, fuel surcharges, and delivery fees. The unit shall be made ready for continuous operation upon delivery. The warranty begins on the date the unit is determined to meet specifications and accepted by TPWD. The vendor shall furnish warranty and a list of repair companies under the warranty, to TPWD at the time of delivery. The unit shall be warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the manufacturers standard warranty for government use. The state reserves the right to consider bidder qualifications, equipment, facility, references conduct studies and other investigations as necessary to evaluate any bid request additional relevant information disqualify bid based on unsatisfactory reference checks, reports, and records of service. The state reserves the right to make an award on the basis of low line item bid, low total of line items, or in any other combination that will serve the best interest of the state and to reject any and all bid items in the sole discretion of the state. The state reserves the right to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received. Bids shall be binding for a period of sixty 60 business days from bid due date.
