The contractor shall begin performance within 90 calendar days and complete it within 300 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed. Construction work shall be completed within 180 calendar days, and all closeout documents and final paperwork within 120 calendar days.

The contractor shall extend to the government an extended warranty for all work for 2 years.
Bidders must provide minimum qualification information and supporting documentation as part of their bid package.
If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, liquidated damages will be assessed at **** for each calendar day of delay.
A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on August 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM CDT at the USIBWC Amistad Field Office.
Written questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM MDT.
Bids received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Failure to provide adequate bonds may result in termination for failure to provide adequate bonds.
