Texas A&M University seeks a qualified vendor for lease, rental, and purchase of chair back stadium seats at Kyle Field and other athletic facilities. Services include installation, maintenance, game day distribution, collection of fees, marketing, and reporting. Contract term is 3 years with possible 2-year renewal. Proposals due November 23, 2026, 2:00 PM CST. Samples of all chairs must be submitted. Award based on best value criteria. Insurance and HUB subcontracting plan required.

Award based on best value to the state. Texas A&M University will evaluate and make the award on the proposal that is determined to be the best value to the state.
Respondents must provide references from three clients with comparable services in the last five years. proposals shall include a list of three clients of services comparable in type and scope of service in this solicitation in the last five years.
Failure to remedy default within 10 days may result in cancellation. Texas A&M may notify the vendor of such failure or default in writing and demand that the failure or default be remedied within ten days.
