Lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). an award resulting from this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowestpriced offer that meets all specified requirements.

Offerors must demonstrate corporate capability and relevant experience with metal L-PBF systems. the offeror shall describe its corporate capability and relevant experience performing work involving the design, fabrication, integration, testing, delivery, installation, and support of metal laser powder bed fusion lpbf systems

Failure to coordinate correspondence through the procurement officer may result in disqualification. failure to comply with this requirement may result in the offerors disqualification from consideration for award.

Initial delivery of 100 printers is required as soon as possible with additional orders placed later. Delivery is FOB destination to the Secretary of State Vehicle Services Department warehouse in Springfield, IL.

Payments will be made in accordance with the State Prompt Payment Act. Invoices must be submitted by July 31 for expenses through June 30. The state may receive a discount for payment within a specified number of days.

Vendor warrants supplies will be free from defects for a period of twelve months or longer if so specified in writing and all manufacturer warranties must be transferred to the state. The contract includes a 3-year total warranty on printers.

Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder who submits the lowest price and the contract will be awarded in whole to one vendor.

Bidders must be registered in the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) or complete vendor disclosure forms. Small business set-aside is not applicable. Bidders must be authorized to transact business in Illinois.

Protests related to specifications must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the solicitation or related addendum was posted to the bulletin. Protests related to awards must be received within 7 days.

Bids that do not adhere to form and content of the invitation for bid requirements may not be considered. Late submissions, failure to attend mandatory pre-submission conference, or failure to meet all requirements are cause for disqualification.
