Responses to questions or clarifications must be received by July 10, 2025. Responses to this IFB must be received by July 23, 2025, 10:30 AM Central Time. All products must have at least 4 months expiration upon receipt. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation. The procurement schedule dates are tentative and may be modified by addendum. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their response is received by the deadline. The contract will begin September 01, 2025, and expire August 31, 2026. Renewal options are available for up to 4 renewal terms. Contractor must have the ability to measure variants-specific concentrations of SARS-CoV-2 and other infectious microorganisms, experience collecting wastewater samples, and be able to extract genetic material and identify wastewater concentrations for each microorganism studied. Contractor must be located in Texas and provide services statewide immediately upon contract award. Reports must be submitted weekly. Background checks are required for all personnel. Use of intoxicants or illegal drugs is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited. Contractor must wear company uniforms and identifying badges. Invoices must be submitted monthly. Disputed invoices will be returned within 21 days. Insurance requirements apply. Responses are subject to the Texas Public Information Act (PIA).
