The bid notice states that all work shall be completed, including final cleanup and removal of all excess materials, supplies and equipment from the project site, within 45 calendar days from the date of the award of contract.

The contractor shall have a competent onsite representative authorized to act on behalf of the contractor, available to the cotr during the day. The onsite representative must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. The contractor shall furnish adequate supervision at the premises to ensure that work is performed in a satisfactory manner.

The government may deduct the value of work not performed satisfactorily from the contract amount rather than allowing reaccomplishing. The amount of any deductions shall be determined by the contracting officer based upon the contracting officers determination of the value of the work not performed and any administrative expenses incurred by the government due to lack of performance.
