This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for **** connectors, electrical connectors, electrical. The US Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center requires specific connectors, receptacles, and boots. Vendors must have an active SAM. gov registration or provide proof of registration submission. Deliveries are required by August 20, 2025, FOB destination. All material must be shipped to the specified address and accompanied by an itemized packaging list. Material must be packed for shipment using military packaging (MIL STD **** 1e). All material must be marked with the purchase order number, national stock number (if applicable), vendor name, and part number. Deliveries are to be made Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Invoicing must be done through the Ipp system (www. ***. *. *). Sealed bid submission deadline: April 24, 2025, at 12:00 pm. Proposals must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Pawtucket City Hall Purchasing Office. Bidders are required to provide a bid surety in the form of a bid bond or certified check payable to the City of Pawtucket in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all insurance documentation as outlined in the specifications document. Proposals are considered irrevocable for a period of not less than ninety (90) days following the opening date. All pricing submitted will be considered to be firm and fixed unless otherwise indicated. The City assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the US Postal Service or any other delivery service. Vendors must include at least four references with whom they have contracted to do similar work. Proposals must be comprised of the bid form, antikickback acknowledgment, and a list of any additions, deletions, and exceptions. The evaluation of proposals will be conducted in two phases: an initial review to determine if the proposal is complete, and an in-depth analysis based on award to the lowest qualified bidder.
