Arkansas Tech University is seeking vendors to provide design, production, and delivery of custom marching band uniforms. Sealed responses must be received by July 14, 2025, 2 PM. Vendors must have at least five years of experience, provide three references, and demonstrate capability to meet fabric specifications and customization requirements. Responses are rated by points based on cost, quality of offered items, demonstrated success with higher education institutions, and references. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who best satisfies the university's needs at optimum cost and service performance. Cost will not be the sole criterion for determining the contract award. Intergovernmental cooperative use of proposal and contract is available to any college or university in Arkansas. Several documents are required prior to award of contract and may be included in the RFP response: disclosure required by executive order ****, combined certifications for contracting with the state of Arkansas, and EEOC policy statements. Responses must include a separate pricing sheet and be received in business services at the address above by May 20, 2025, 2:00 PM. Formal sealed bids in a sealed envelope with the bid number clearly marked on the front are required. Faxed or email responses are not acceptable. Responses must be signed and include a list of three references, sample drawings, brand of uniforms, warranty, delivery timeframe, fabric swatches (Kelly ****, Black ****, White **** white matte lycra, gold metallic lumina), uniform specifications, and a sample showing construction details. Shipping of the sample both ways is the responsibility of the bidder. Failure to submit all required items may result in bid rejection. The university will evaluate respondents based on quality, references, durability, warranty, and price. Contract and grant disclosure, combined boycott and illegal immigrant certification form, and EEO policy forms must be completed before a purchase order can be released. Uniforms provided must be consistent with the quality of the sample uniform. The university reserves the right to return the uniforms at the bidder's expense, deduct a prorated amount from the invoice, or purchase proper uniforms elsewhere and charge the additional cost to the bidder if the quality is not consistent. The proposal and resulting contract is available to any college or university in Arkansas that wishes to utilize the services of the selected proposer. Any resultant contract shall not be assigned without the express written consent of the university. It is the intent of the university to purchase uniforms that will last approximately 10 years. Anticipated delivery of uniforms is Fall 2025.

The Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is soliciting bids for band uniforms. Bids are due on June 30, 2025 at 12:00 PM. All bids must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * bid document must be signed and all pages submitted. Quotes must include all applicable shipping charges. WCPSS reserves the right to award line by line or to the overall lowest bidder. Vendors must provide proof of registration to do business in the state and must not be debarred by the state or federal government. Delivery is required by early July 2025 to Felton Grove High School, **** Stephenson Road, Apex, NC **** specifications, color swatches, warranty, and replacement information must be included.
