The vendor must provide the minimum percentage discount offered to LISD on all goods and services. The vendor must provide a catalog/price list. The vendor must provide the total price for the project. The vendor must provide the total price for all electrical work. The vendor must provide the total price to supply all hardware, do installation and all electrical work for 1 new kit. The vendor must provide the total price for the entire project.

A prebid conference will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 10:00 a. m. Bidders are encouraged to attend. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required. A public works contractor's license for the state of Idaho is required.

The County of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is requesting bids to establish a contract to remodel various areas to enhance security at the Kenosha County Detention Center. A prebid meeting will be held on 10/22/2025. Background check forms must be submitted by 10/15/2025. Bids are due by 11/05/2025. The contract will begin immediately upon award and will continue until project completion. The award will be made on the basis of the lowest total base bid and/or alternate bids cost from a responsive, responsible bidder who meets specifications. The county intends to award all three aspects of the base bid but reserves the right to only award a portion. Timeliness of project delivery may be considered when making this award.
