A site visit is required for this project. Interested contractors are required to contact Casey Hicks via email to sign up for the site visit no later than Friday, February 27 at 3 PM PT. A single consolidated site visit will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 12 PM to 3 PM PT.
