Proposals are due June 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT for fire alarms, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, and backflow testing, inspection, service, supplies & equipment. Submissions are preferred online via the ebid system, but sealed proposals will be accepted at the administration office. No fax or email submissions are allowed. Questions must be submitted through the ebid portal by June 16, 2026, 12:00 PM CT. The contract term is one year, renewable for three additional years. Award will be based on price, long-term cost, quality, meeting district needs, vendor reputation, and past relationship. Payment terms are within 45 days of acceptance or delivery.
