Waller Independent School District (WISD) is soliciting proposals for library books and publications on an as-needed basis. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors. Vendors are encouraged to offer discounts from their catalog, website, or retail prices. The initial contract term is one year from the award date through August 31 of the following year, with automatic renewal for four additional one-year terms unless written notice of non-renewal is given 60 days prior to the end of the current term. Proposals can be submitted online via the ebid portal or as sealed proposals addressed to the Purchasing Department at **** Fields Store Road, Waller, Texas **** fax or email submissions will be accepted. Questions concerning the RFP must be submitted through the ebid portal. WISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive formalities. Vendors who were awarded contracts for RFP **** or RFP **** do not need to complete this RFP, unless they do not currently have an awarded contract for library books publications with Waller ISD. Vendors are responsible for staying informed of any activities and addendums related to this bid opportunity.
