Delivery times are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm and Friday 7:00am-11:00am with 48 hour notice. delivery will be made this number of days after receipt of order aro must be specified by bidder.

Payment will be made net 30 days from date of receipt of equipment. No monies will be paid up front with the order. Invoice must be submitted electronically to payables@barrowga. org.

Minimum warranty: structural components 5 years, hydraulic cylinders/power units 1 year, onsite labor 1 year. Bidder must have authorized service within 100 miles of facility.

Bidders must comply with all requirements for a regular bid. The lift model must be active in the ALI directory and conform to ANSI/ALI ALCTV standards. Bidder must have authorized service dealer within 100 miles.

Questions relating to this RFB must be submitted in writing by 05:00 PM local time, October 16th, 2026. All questions will be answered and posted as an addendum.

Bids that are defective or irregular may be rejected immediately. Failure to comply with submission instructions will disqualify bid. No bid accepted if received after the stipulated time.

The completion schedule is 180 consecutive calendar days from notice to proceed until substantial completion, and 60 consecutive calendar days from substantial completion until completion.
