This is a sources sought announcement for market research, not a solicitation for proposals. The US Army Corps of Engineers Tulsa District is conducting market research for an anticipated supply and service contract, anticipated to be solicited in January 2026. The work is located at Skiatook Lake Spillway, Oklahoma. The work includes construction of skiatook
bridge abutment protection. Specialized experience required: shotcrete must be produced by the wet method. Respondents must submit qualifications and experience of the proposed workers, including the supervisor, nozzlemen, and crew. A resume for each nozzleman certifying at least 5 years experience for the particular type of shotcrete to be applied is required. All nozzlemen shall be certified in accordance with ACI CP60. Qualifications of additional nozzlemen throughout the job shall be similarly submitted for approval. Work hours: **** hours, Monday-Friday unless otherwise requested in writing by the contractor and approved in writing by the ACO. Interested small businesses, section 8a, historically underutilized business zones, hubzone, woman owned small business, servicedisabled veteran owned small business concerns, and large businesses are encouraged to respond. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of government contracts. Contractors must provide an experience capabilities statement not to exceed 5 pages in PDF format with a specific file name convention. The statement must include firm name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, business cage code, unique entity identifier (UEI), general information about the firm's experience capabilities, teaming arrangement, joint venture and/or mentor-protιgι information, and up to three examples of
