Delivery is requested by August 15, 2026, with the period of performance concluding no later than September 15, 2026.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Specific document types for payment requests include cost voucher, invoice and receiving report, progress payment request, performance based payment request, or commercial financing request.

Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose technically acceptable quote is considered to be the most advantageous to the government, past performance and price considered.

Contractor personnel may be subject to a background check. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

A site visit will only be allowed to authorized distributors of the AIS Divi office furniture as a last resort if further clarification is needed.

The contractor must deliver a written certification from the OEM guaranteeing that spare parts, factory-trained field service technicians, battery replacements, and firmware/security updates shall remain commercially available for a minimum of ten 10 years from the date of final government acceptance. The OEM must guarantee firmware security patch support for the power xpert gateway card for the duration of the 5year warranty period. A 5year total manufacturer support plan comprising the standard 1year warranty plus a 4year extended warranty including annual preventive maintenance PM visits, parts, and labor, provided by the selected equipment manufacturer Eaton.

Upon completion of the 72-hour burn-in period, a joint physical walkthrough and system inspection shall be conducted at building **** by the contractor, the government technical point of contact (TPOC), and a designated NAVFAC or base civil engineering representative to verify workmanship, code compliance, and complete restoration of the work area.

Delivery is required 60 days ARO (After Receipt of Order).

Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The contractor shall use the following information when submitting payment requests and receiving reports in WAWF for this contract or task or delivery order: 1 Document type. The contractor shall submit payment requests using the following document types: i for cost-type line items, including labor hour or time and materials, submit a cost voucher. ii for fixed price line items a that require shipment of a deliverable, submit the invoice and receiving report specified by the contracting officer.

The data disintegrator comes with a 5-year nonwear parts warranty.

Quotes will be evaluated on the total overall lowest price for all contract line items, provided the quote complies with the terms and conditions of the solicitation and laws and regulations.

Prospective awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database by the quotation submission date. Quoters must self-certify their business size for the NAICS code and size standard provided.

Failure to submit your response by the date and time specified may result in nonconsideration of your quote. Failure to follow instructions regarding marking the contract number on paperwork and shipments could hold up payment or result in the return of merchandise at your expense.

The performance period is from date of award through March 31, 2026.

A 5-year comprehensive warranty and maintenance agreement is required.

Failure to acknowledge this amendment may result in the quote being deemed non responsive.
