The town reserves the right to award contracts to multiple bidders where it is in the best interest of the town. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.

The contractor shall complete all work within 90 calendar days after receipt of the contract award. The contractor shall submit a proposed installation schedule to the contracting officer representative (COR) within 10 business days of award for government review and approval prior to commencing work.

The manufacturer warranty shall cover bubbling, peeling, cracking, discoloration, and adhesive failure for a minimum of 10 years. The contractor shall remedy warranty claims at no cost to the VA during the warranty period.
