Payment normally within 30 days after delivery and acceptance or invoice receipt, whichever is later. payment for completion of state contracts is normally made within 30 days following the date the entire order is delivered and accepted or the date the invoice is received, whichever is later.

Contractor warrants goods are new, unused, free from defects, and meet specifications. contractor warrants that all goods. . . shall be new, unused, current production models. . . and shall be free from defects in materials, design and manufacture
