Video Monitoring Government Bids & RFPs

Delivery must be made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, except on regularly observed state or federal holidays.

Payment will be made in accordance with Government Code Chapter **** for goods delivered and accepted by TxDOT or services completed to the satisfaction of TxDOT and within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of a correct invoice.

TxDOT intends to award to the vendors providing the best value to the state. Awards will be based on the lowest price and respondents ability to meet the requirements as specified in the solicitation.

A respondent who responded to the solicitation may request a debriefing meeting within 30 calendar days of the award being posted.

Contacting any other TxDOT personnel regarding this solicitation may result in the respondent being disqualified.

Payment is scheduled as $15,000 due annually on July 1, 2026, July 1, 2027, and July 1, 2028. Payment schedule: 15,000 due annually on july 1, 2026, july 1, 2027, and july 1, 2028.

Objections must be submitted in writing. Anyone objecting to this purchase shall follow the procedures outlined below.

The total contract value is $45,000 for a 36-month term. otal contract value: 45, 000 for a 36month term from july 1, 2026 through june 30, 2029.

The project completion time is 365 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

Payment will be made upon receipt of a properly prepared, itemized invoice, validated by the COR, and submitted through the Tungsten Network.

The contractor shall guarantee that all work performed will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of the certificate of completion and acceptance.

The solicitation is for sealed bids, implying award will be based on the lowest price that meets all requirements.

Contractors must be registered in SAM. gov with a unique entity identifier and verified as SDVOSB in the SBA small business search at the time of bid submission and before award. Offerors must submit their annual **** report.

A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Prospective bidders shall meet at James J. Peters VAMC, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY **** Building 100 and Room Number GC100. No other site visits will be allowed.

Questions must be received no later than July 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

Bids providing less than 120 calendar days for government acceptance after the date bids are due will not be considered and will be rejected. Failure to furnish the required bid guarantee in the proper form and amount, by the time set for opening of bids, will require rejection of the bid.

The magnitude of construction is between $2,000,**** and $5,000,****.

Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. Award will be made to the lowest technically acceptable evaluated price conditional upon completion of contractor responsibility determination and determination price to be fair and reasonable.

Offerors must be registered in SAM. gov and SBA DSBS. They must also be determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9. The awarded contractor must also submit evidence of enrollment with ****.

Failure to provide required documentation, such as proof of registration in SAM. gov or SBA DSBS, or failure to meet experience requirements, may result in disqualification. Any missing elements of the bid bond submission could render the offeror ineligible and their offer will not be considered.

The estimated range of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
