The qualifications of the account manager should include: experience with medical billing. associates degree in medical records technology, accounting, business, or related field at a regionally accredited college or university. successful completion of coursework in medical records technology is desired. staff must have a thorough knowledge of modern office terminology, procedures, and equipment. hipaa compliance. mhotrs, or related outpatient mental health clinic, experienced professional on staff.
