HHSC PCS seeks competitive bids for part-time forensic psychology services at El Paso Psychiatric Center. Services include evaluating patients for competency to stand trial and risk for future violence. The initial contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029. Bidders must have relevant experience (minimum 5 years) and personnel must be licensed psychologists. All communications must go through the sole point of contact. The award will be based on the best value, considering price and ability to meet performance requirements.
