This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services for building drone cleaning at the VA Loma Linda Medical Center. The contract includes a base year and four option years. Offerors must be registered in SAM. gov and possess a FAA remote pilot certification and a 30-hour OSHA safety card. Quotes are due by July 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Award will be based on a comparative evaluation of price and past performance, with price being more important. Past performance will be assessed using CPARS andFAPIIS ratings.
Work may be scheduled during the day or night, Monday through Friday. Daytime hours are 6 am to 4 pm, and evening hours are 4 pm to 8 pm.
