The period of performance for this requirement is 12 months from the date of award, and one option year exercisiable at the governments discretion.

Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements must submit information about their capabilities no later than 5:00pm et, 9 2 2026.

Interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to satisfy the governments requirement.

Responses that do not sufficiently demonstrate the capability to satisfy the governments requirements may not be considered.

Capability statements must clearly demonstrate the vendors ability to provide the required products and services described above, or an equivalent capability that fully satisfies the governments minimum requirements without disruption to ongoing operations.

The base period will cover implementation, production launch no later than September 1, 2027, and hosting and operations through September 27, 2027.
