Aurora Public Schools (APS) is seeking qualified providers to design and implement a comprehensive, evidence-based Title I Family Literacy Program. The program aims to improve adult literacy and English language proficiency, and promote school readiness for children. Proposals are due by July 20, 2026. The contract will have an initial term from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with options to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. Evaluation will be based on the best evaluative score from written responses, with a potential for a second round of presentations. Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as APS policies.
Proposals must be received prior to the proposal deadline, which is Monday, July 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST. late proposals will not be accepted.
The district shall pay amounts properly due and payable on accepted invoices after the contractor completes the services. The district does not pay any late fees.
The contract will be awarded to the supplier who receives the highest score when responses are reviewed by the district's response evaluation committee, based on criteria including management summary, pricing, project schedule, and vendor profile. it is the intent of the district to award this contract to the supplier who receives the highest score when the responses submitted by interested suppliers are reviewed by the districts response evaluation committee.
