Sealed bids are requested for sanitary sewer cleaning and CCTV inspection of approximately 17,800 lineal feet of 8 to 10-inch diameter sanitary sewer. Bids are due by 10:00 a. m. on July 8, 2026, and will be opened at 11:00 a. m. A mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 25, 2026, at 1:00 p. m. Bidders must comply with state revolving fund loan requirements. Proposals must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond or certified check. Bids are firm for 60 days. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance, labor and material, and maintenance bonds. The owner reserves the right to reject all bids and waive irregularities. Bidders must personally inspect the site before submitting a proposal.
Bids are due on or before 10:00 a. m. , local time on July 8, 2026.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a maintenance and guarantee bond for a period of one year from the date of approval of the final estimate.
The owner, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to award to the bidder who will best serve the interest of the owner. However, it is the intention of the owner to award to the low total bid to one bidder.
Bidders must be fully capable, both financially and with regard to experience, to perform the work satisfactorily. The owner may require bidders to furnish performance records, plant descriptions, equipment lists, project descriptions, financial statements, and current contract lists.
Liquidated damages will be assessed at **** for each calendar day the work is not completed within the stipulated time for substantial completion (120 days after notice to proceed) and for each day beyond the final completion date.
A mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 1:00 p. m. via Microsoft Teams. Bidders are also instructed to personally inspect the site before submitting a proposal.
Questions from bidders will be received up to six days before bidding through the bidnet website.
Proposals submitted by bidders who have been debarred, suspended, or made ineligible by any federal agency will be rejected. The owner also reserves the right to reject the bid of any bidder if the owner believes it would not be in the best interest of the project to make an award to that bidder, whether because the bid is not responsive or the bidder is unqualified, of doubtful financial ability, or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria.
