The city of mineral wells is exempt from federal excise and state sales tax therefore, tax must not be included in this bid. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all formalities. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
The city anticipates full delivery of the project before December 15, 2025.
The payments are to be equal in amount and are to be charged on a semiannual basis starting February 1, 2026, with subsequent billings on each August 1, 2026, until a total of five 5 years of payments are made on the fire vehicle and fifteen 15 years of payments are made on the dump truck.
