Responses will be evaluated based on best value, with criteria including technical requirements (30 points), vendor qualifications (40 points), and cost (30 points).
Vendors must provide detailed information demonstrating qualifications, organizational history, and experience performing construction projects of comparable scope, size, and complexity.
Failure to sign the document will deem the response nonresponsive. DPS may pursue remedies for false statements, including disqualifying the response or cancelling contracts.
