The contractor warrants that work performed under this contract conforms to the contract requirements and is free of any defect in equipment, material, or design furnished, or workmanship performed by the contractor or any subcontractor or supplier at any tier. This warranty shall continue for a period of 1 year from the date of final acceptance of the work.
The government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the highest technically rated offeror with a fair and reasonable price.
Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible. Additionally, offerors must have completed recent and relevant work involving construction of walls, retaining walls, or comparable structural concrete or masonry works, and have relevant organizational experience and skills as a general contractor.
