The contractor warrants that work performed under this contract conforms to the contract requirements and is free of any defect in equipment, material, or design furnished, or workmanship performed by the contractor or any subcontractor or supplier at any tier. This warranty shall continue for a period of 1 year from the date of final acceptance of the work.
The government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the highest technically rated offeror with a fair and reasonable price.
Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible. This includes understanding written and spoken English, having an established business with a permanent address, possessing all required licenses and permits, having necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources, meeting local insurance requirements, having a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics, no adverse criminal record, and no political or business affiliations contrary to U. S. interests. Additionally, offerors must have completed recent and relevant work involving construction of walls, retaining walls, or comparable structural concrete or masonry works, and have relevant organizational experience and skills as a general contractor.
