The contract requires the repair, testing, and inspection of flight instruments. The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary parts and materials, unless otherwise specified as government-furnished. The repair turnaround time (RTAT) is 262 days after receipt of the asset. The contractor must meet quality requirements, including ISO **** and SAE **** compliance. The contractor must maintain a calibration system that meets ANSI/NCSL ****, ISO ****, or an equivalent calibration program acceptable to the government. The contractor must provide a proper enclosed warehouse environment for both material items awaiting repair and assets which have been repaired and are awaiting shipment. The government may select samples for performance testing, environmental testing, and quality conformance examination. All contractual documents are considered issued by the government when copies are deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email.
