S. flag, jones act qualified have an endurance of up to 14 days underway without the need for resupply. be able to operate in conditions up to and including sea state 5 and conduct launch and recovery of small boats, divers, rigid hull inflatable boats rhib, and combat rubber raiding craft crrc, up to sea state 3. vessel shall facilitate operations in water depths of 40 1, 000 feet. minimum 10 knots transit speed. vessel shall be equipped with an operable dynamic positioning system two dp2 or equivalent. the vessel shall be capable of maintaining a specific heading at speeds of one knot or greater and maintaining station within a 150foot radius of the established position in conditions up to and including winds of 30 knots and sea state 5 up to 12 feet along with two fully qualified, certified dynamic positioning officers, in order to support 247 operations and training. sponsor mission equipment sme shall be griped or stowed to support open ocean transit in sea state
