The City of Traverse City is seeking proposals for professional engineering and design services to optimize Duncan Clinch Marina. Services include site analysis, conceptual and working design, operational efficiency recommendations, public engagement, and deliverables such as design reports, cost estimates, and permitting guidance. Proposals are due electronically by July 24, 2026. Price is a consideration, but not the sole basis for award; best value will be sought.

Payments may be made to the consultant after satisfactory service and upon receipt of a valid invoice approved by the city. Final payment shall be made upon completion of all the consultant's services. Proposals should include firm qualifications, staff qualifications, and examples of experience with similar projects.
