The VA requires completion of the services for this SOW within 60 days of award.

Payment will be made upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice, which references the period for which payment is due, the contract number, and/or assigned purchase order number. The invoice shall include the correct payment address.

For a contract of this size, scope and complexity, the successful contractor shall provide products and perform in a professional manner and quality as recognized by commercial industry standards as good to excellent. Contractor shall provide the COR and CO, and maintain for the life of the contract, written certification from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) that authorizes the contractor to provide and install the products and software, as detailed in the contractor's quote and identified in this SOW.

Delivery shall be made or services provided as needed throughout the contract period, or as required by the specification. Late deliveries may cause cancellation of the contract.

Payment terms are Net 30. Payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of properly executed invoice or delivery, whichever is later.

Unless otherwise specified, all workmanship and materials must have at least one 1 year guaranty, in writing, from the date of delivery and/or acceptance of the project.

The city parish reserves the right to evaluate bids and award items separately, grouped or on an all or none basis, to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the city parish, and to reject all proposals if that is in the best interest of the city parish.

Vendors must be registered on the Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal and upload a completed W9 form. For certain chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, and hazardous materials, product labels, safety data sheets (SDS), and EPA registry numbers must be submitted.

Failure to deliver within the time specified in the bid will constitute a default and may cause cancellation of the contract. The city reserves the right to purchase products or services on the open market and charge the contractor for excess costs.

Representative samples shall be submitted upon request, if appropriate.

Protests with regard to the specification, terms and conditions documents will not be considered after bids are opened.

Any violation of the Code of Ethics shall be grounds for disqualification of bid or cancellation of contract. Failure to submit required data for chemicals may be cause for bid rejection or contract cancellation.

The successful bidder will be required to pick up the commodity within 10 business days of the date of award.
