Proposals must provide a description of the warranty coverage and a service maintenance plan for the equipment.

The key criteria for evaluation are: pricing (30 points), capabilities of equipment (25 points), warranty and services (20 points), references (10 points), MBE/BE participation (10 points), and value adds (5 points).

Qualified proposers must submit proof of being an authorized dealer, a description of PCI compliance, and ADA compliance.

Bidders conference and site visit must rsvp no later august 25, 2026.

Any contract awarded is subject to the Missouri Unauthorized Aliens Act, requiring affirmation of enrollment in a federal work authorization program.

Definitive pest mitigation services must be rendered within 24 hours after a pest sighting during the week Monday-Friday, and within 48 hours if a pest sighting occurs during a weekend or federal holiday. The contractor must be onsite within 4 hours of notification for initial assessment.

The contractor and its technicians must hold valid, current pest control licenses and certifications, as applicable. They must be able to safely provide services in a healthcare environment and have a clear criminal record.

Any violation of facility policies, such as unauthorized photography or inappropriate behavior, is grounds for immediate revocation of access and a permanent ban from the premises.
