The U. S. Consulate General in Mérida, Mexico, requires onsite training for maintenance and operation of its potable water treatment plant. The training will cover various aspects of water treatment, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, chemical safety, and water quality testing. The vendor is responsible for all instructor traveling, lodging, transportation, logistics costs, and training materials. The U. S. government intends to award a contract purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The award will be based on initial quotations without discussions, although discussions might be held with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event of cancellation, the government has no obligation to reimburse offerors for any costs. Questions must be submitted to the point of contact and contracting officer no later than June 25, 2025. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. Quotes must be submitted via email to the point of contact and contracting officer no later than the established deadline. Offerors are encouraged to submit proposals prior to the due date.
