The bladder must measure 62 inches in length and 52 inches in width. For lifting and tiedown purposes, it must feature four lift- tie down shackles, with two shackles 2 mounted per side on a rotating ring. The ea bladder must be equipped with two distinct valves: one cam lock self sealing 2inch filler- discharge valve and one hand- operated 2inch filler- discharge valve.
