Washington State Parks is seeking proposals for property appraisal services to develop a pool of qualified appraisers. Services will be on a project-by-project basis statewide. Payment is based on provided goods and services only, following proper documentation and invoicing. No payment will be made for nondesignated goods or services. Per Washington's Constitution Article 8, Section 5, progress payments are allowed, but no payment will be made before work is completed, delivered, and accepted.
The evaluation process will consider both the price and the bidders capacity to fulfil the contract effectively and efficiently. State parks will apply procurement priorities and preferences, including award priority for small and veteran-owned businesses.
Bidders must be registered to do business in Washington State and hold a UBI. Real property appraisers must have a certified general appraisal license in Washington State. Resumes and copies of licenses are required.
The complaint period ends five 5 business days before the bid due date. Complaints received before or after the complaint period will not be considered.
Failure to provide timely information, noncompliance with laws and regulations, failure to submit all required items, or failure to follow instructions may result in bid rejection or disqualification.
