The U. S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi is seeking quotes for the replacement of existing solar panels for the compound hot water system. The work includes dismantling old panels, installing new ones, plumbing, testing, and disposal. The contract is fixed-price lump sum. Quotes are due August 4, 2026. A site visit is mandatory and scheduled for July 30, 2023. Offerors must provide proof of SAM registration and financial statements. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, transportation, and disposal. A 12-month workmanship and materials warranty is required.
Quotations are due August 4, 2026, at 10:00 am local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. The total period of performance for site work completion shall be thirty (30) working days from the date of NTP issuance.
This is a fixed-price lump sum contract. The contractor may submit one interim progress payment request to cover the value of supplied materials and labor completed to date. The contractor shall specifically identify their last invoice as the final invoice.
The contractor is required to provide a 12-month workmanship warranty and a 12-month warranty for the supplied materials.
The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
Offerors must submit proof of SAM registration, audited financial statements for the past three years, and demonstrate prior experience with relevant past performance information and references. The proposed supervisor-in-charge must have three to five years of installation experience similar to the requested work.
The site visit will be held on July 30, 2023, at 9:30 am local time at the U. S. Embassy Abu Dhabi. Prospective offerors/quoters shall submit a duly filled gate pass request form via email by July 27, 2026, at 10:00 am local time.
Incomplete quotes will not be considered. Failure to comply with submission instructions or provide required documentation may lead to disqualification.
