The purpose of amendment 1 is to rectify GSA eBuy opportunities by allowing all WOSB qualified offerors to submit proposals. The purpose of amendment 2 is to update the POC email.

Limited sources justification is required for a sole source short-term task order to the incumbent contractor (BTAS Inc. ) for continued advisory and assistance services (AAS) to support the Space Systems Command (SSC) Director of Staff (SSCDS) and Public Affairs (SSCPA) during the protest period of a follow-on contract. The current contract (****) is scheduled to expire on May 31, 2025, and the follow-on contract (****) is under protest. The new task order will have a one-month base period starting June 2, 2025, with a one-month option. The government requires continued support to avoid mission impacts in strategic communication, directors action group, security, personnel, awards, decoration, and public affairs. The incumbent contractor (BTAS Inc. ) has demonstrated expertise and is the only source capable of meeting the performance schedule. Market research was not conducted due to the procurement and on-ramp time associated with soliciting alternate sources, which would result in a gap in service. The contracting officer has determined the GSA rates to be fair and reasonable.

This RFI seeks information on capabilities and pricing for engineering support services for the PED project. Interested vendors must provide a statement of capability, estimated costs, and estimated schedule for services. Responses must be in PDF or Microsoft Word format, single-spaced, Times New Roman 12-point font, with 1-inch margins, and not exceed 20 pages. Responses are due by **** PDT on 2025-05-13. The US government will use its personnel and contractors to review responses. Responses will be considered an implicit acknowledgment and acceptance that nongovernment advisors will be assisting the government in the review process, and that responses will be shared with foreign governments. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the USG to form a binding contract. The cost of preparing the RFI responses is not an allowable direct charge to any USG contract.
