Latest US Asphalt Cooperative Contracts & Bids

Sealed bids are requested for the supply of asphaltic mixture for hot application. The contract period is from September 9, 2025, to February 28, 2026. Vendors must be certified by the Department prior to award. Material will be ordered as needed. The successful bidder must supply material at the bid price as ordered. The Department reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities at the same prices, terms, and conditions. Bidders must list plant locations and associated producer/supplier codes. Unit price bids must not exceed two digits to the right of the decimal. All asphaltic mixture must be sampled and accepted in accordance with the Department's sampling manual. Low bidders may be required to furnish samples for testing at no cost to the Department. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering asphaltic mixture at plants certified by the Department and complying with all details of the solicitation. The district administrator will select a certified plant closest to the jobsite based on unit price bid and mileage factor. The successful bidder must have an adequate supply of asphaltic mixture on hand to meet the Department's requirements. Purchase orders will be issued by the Department. Invoices must reference the purchase order number. Payment will be made within the discount period or within 30 calendar days from receipt of a correct invoice. The Department encourages vendors to participate in electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments. The Department reserves the right to terminate the contract for unsatisfactory performance, unsatisfactory delivery, or other reasons. Vendor registration should be completed in LAPAC prior to bid submission. Bidders must specify the brand and model number of the product offered. Bidders proposing an equivalent brand or model should submit information such as illustrations, descriptive literature, and technical data. Bid prices must be firm for the contractual period. Vendors are responsible for including all applicable taxes in the bid price. All products must be new. Contract renewals may be possible for two additional 12-month periods. The State of Louisiana has the right to terminate the contract for any of the following reasons: misrepresentation, fraud, collusion, conspiracy, or other unlawful means of obtaining a contract; conflict of contract provisions with constitutional or statutory provisions; abusive or belligerent conduct; intentional violation of the procurement code; or any listed reason for debarment. The State of Louisiana may terminate the contract for convenience. Failure to deliver within the time specified or to provide services as specified in the bid will constitute a default. All contracts shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.

The City of Madison Parks Division is soliciting bids for crack sealing. The contractor must carry comprehensive general liability insurance with specified limits and workman's compensation insurance. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from contractors for paving projects. The contracts are available to all state agencies and cooperative purchasing ventures (CPV members) for individual paving projects not exceeding $250,000 in value.
