The statement of work defines the requirements for installing CCTV cameras and a recording system in Building 543's Vehicle and Equipment Section at Minot AFB. The
contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, materials, labor, and supervision. Security requirements, quality control procedures, warranty details, labor hour reporting, site restoration, service outage coordination, installation schedules, weekly status reports, test plans, and final acceptance procedures are outlined. The period of performance, place of performance, hours of operation, holidays, and records management are also specified. The
contractor must provide all materials, transportation, labor, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements. All equipment must be new and not refurbished. The 5 CS ComSec must review the final specifications prior to contract award. The
contractor must restore any building or equipment blemishes caused during the installation and clean the work areas. The
contractor must coordinate planned outages with the 5CS plans office at least 7 days in advance. A complete milestone schedule is required if the project duration exceeds two months. Weekly status reports are required if the project duration exceeds one month. A test plan must be provided to demonstrate the system's functionality. A final project walkthrough with the base POC is required one day prior to acceptance. All records are the property of the government and must be maintained and disposed of according to Air Force Instruction AFI 33-322.
