Payment terms are net 30 unless otherwise specified. Favorable term discounts may be offered and will be considered in determining low bids if they are deemed advantageous to the city.
Contractor shall guarantee all specified work performed for a period of one (1) year from the date of written acceptance of the work by the owner's designated representative. The TPO roof system includes a manufacturer's standard 20-year labor material roof warranty.
The project will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest total base bid.
Bidder must be licensed by the state of Georgia, skilled and regularly engaged in the type of work required, and competent and knowledgeable with special skills. Bidders must also provide a tax identification number and corporate information if applicable.
Liquidated damages of $100 per calendar day will be assessed for failure to complete the work within the stipulated time.
