The period of performance for this contract is from July 27, 2026, to October 31, 2026.

Offerors must possess a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the applicable region certified by NAVSUP FLC and have an active registration in the System for Awards Management (SAM. gov).

Firms with inactive registrations in SAM. gov will not be considered for award. Ship repair firms that do not possess a MSRA/ABR are ineligible for this award.

Bids must be received by 2:30 p. m. on July 14, 2026.

Payment terms are net 30 unless otherwise specified. Favorable term discounts may be offered and will be considered in determining low bids if they are deemed advantageous to the city.

Contractor shall guarantee all specified work performed for a period of one (1) year from the date of written acceptance of the work by the owner's designated representative. The TPO roof system includes a manufacturer's standard 20-year labor material roof warranty.
