Failure to deliver on time may result in order cancellation and removal from the bidders list. Deliveries are considered platform delivery unless otherwise indicated. Prices quoted must be F. O. B. destination. Bidder certifies no collusion or fraud. Full consideration given to items made with recycled materials. All quotes should be for new equipment. Successful bidders must accept payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) program known as VendorDirect.
Failure to deliver within the specified time may be cause for cancellation of the order and/or the removal of bidders name from bidders list.
The county of Westchester remits vendor payments via an electronic funds transfer EFT program known as vendordirect. Any successful bidder that will not accept payment in that method will be considered nonresponsive to our solicitation and their bid may be rejected.
All items delivered must be guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship.

Polymer activation system skid- mounted polymer preparation/feed system for def
Bid for a skid-mounted polymer activation system. Submission deadline is June 3, 2026, 2 PM. Bids must be sealed with vendor name, bid number, and due date on the envelope. Emailed or faxed bids are not permitted. Delivery is FOB destination, requested ASAP after notice of award. County terms of payment are 2 10 net 30. Bidders may offer alternate terms, but these will not be used in award determination. Late bids will not be considered. Failure to complete the bid in its entirety may result in disqualification. Protests or disputes must be in writing three working days prior to bid opening. Awards may be made by individual item, grouped items, or lot. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The purchasing agent reserves the right before making award to make investigations as to whether or not the items, qualifications or facilities offered by the bidder meet the requirements set forth herein and are sufficient to insure the proper performance in the event of an award. he bidder must be prepared, if requested, to present evidence of experience, ability and financial standing.
Failure to deliver items or equipment that do not meet county specifications or are not received within the specified delivery time may be cause for cancellation of the order and vendor declared irresponsible. any additional costs incurred by the county may be charged to original vendor.
When required must be delivered prior to the bid opening and free of charge. samples will be returned at bidders expense and bidder is required to arrange for pick up.
